Questions about this setup

Do I have to drill into my desk?

No. The base holds with a clamp on the desk edge or sits in an existing cable grommet. Your desktop needs to be 10–50 mm thick.

On glass, always put a desk reinforcement plate under the clamp.

Does the setup come pre-assembled?

No, it comes as individual parts that you put together yourself. The printed assembly instructions are in the box; you can also find them online in the help centre.

How do I adjust the height?

With the spring in the arm: you move the monitor with one hand, up to 205 mm up and 35 mm down, without loosening anything.

The monitor drops or rises by itself – what can I do?

Adjust the spring to the weight of your monitor with the supplied hex key.

If it still doesn't hold at every height, the monitor is outside its range: 2–12 kg for flat and 2–11 kg for curved monitors.
