VESA adapter for AOC: the most important questions
Do you want to mount your AOC monitor to a monitor arm or wall, but nothing fits on the back? We have the right adapter here for every tested AOC model. Each one is built for specific models and attaches exactly where the original stand would snap in.
Why doesn't my AOC monitor have a VESA mount?
Many AOC monitors are built so thin that there is no room in the housing for a screw hole pattern, often less than a centimeter at the thinnest point. AOC does not provide wall mounting for these models. The adapter uses the stand's mounting point instead.
How do I know which adapter my AOC monitor needs?
Remove the stand and look at the back. If the four threaded holes in a square pattern are missing, you need an adapter. With it, your AOC will fit onto a wall mount.
Which adapter fits my model?
The one where your full model number appears in the model list. You can find this on the rating plate on the back. You can see the tested models for each adapter at the top and in the list below, or you can enter your model in the Setup Finder.
Do I need to drill or use adhesive?
No. The adapter uses the existing stand mount: insert it, screw it in, and you're done. The screws are included.
Will the adapter fit my mount?
Yes, if your mount has the VESA hole pattern of the adapter, 75 × 75 or 100 × 100 mm. This applies to desk arms, wall mounts, and stands of any brand. If your mount requires a larger hole pattern, a VESA extension can bridge the difference.
Will an adapter hold my monitor securely?
Yes. The adapters are made of high-tensile strength plastics and metals that maintain their shape for years. The amount of weight supported is determined by the mount: its load capacity must be higher than the weight of your device without its stand.
Can I reattach the stand later?
Yes. Remove the adapter, reinsert the stand, and you're done. Since nothing is drilled, glued, or opened on the device, it remains in its original condition.

The adapter doesn't fit into the slot – what should I do?
Compare the full model number from the rating plate with the list on the adapter, including the suffix. Similar numbers often have different mounts. Never insert the adapter with force.
The screws won't catch or are sitting crooked – what should I do?
Use the screws from the adapter's bag, not the mount's, and start them straight. Tighten them by hand first, then tighten them crosswise. If a screw does not catch, check if it is too short or if it is hitting an edge before reaching the thread.
The monitor tilts forward on the mount – what should I do?
Tighten the tilt joint on the head of the mount. It is important that the weight of your device without the stand is within the mount's load capacity; a heavier device puts more strain on the joint.
The mount does not sit flush against the adapter – what should I do?
Check if the back panel is curved or if cable connections are in the way. Spacers can provide the necessary clearance.
