Questions about the VESA head

Fixed head or head with slider: what's the difference?

With the slider, the monitor moves sideways, for example to line it up edge to edge with a second one. The fixed head keeps it in one place.

Does the head fit my existing mount?

It fits every 3IDEE® ONE arm or sits directly on a hub on the pole.

It does not fit mounts from other brands; the connections are made for 3IDEE® ONE.

My monitor has no matching VESA holes – what can I do?

Then it needs a VESA adapter for its model. The adapter gives it a hole pattern that fits the head.

We will help you find the right solution. After that, you have 60 days to test it at your workplace.
