Questions about 3IDEE® ONE

To learn how the system is structured, what can be expanded or modified later, and the difference between the spring arm and the articulated arm, discover 3IDEE® ONE.

Which monitors are compatible with 3IDEE® ONE?

Monitors from 17 to 40 inches with VESA 75 × 75 or 100 × 100 mm. Each arm supports up to 12 kg, and curved monitors up to 11 kg. Ultrawide monitors are not supported; we offer specific mounts for ultrawide & heavy monitors for that purpose.

Will the clamp fit my desk?

The clamp fits tabletop thicknesses from 10 to 50 mm. For glass or lightweight surfaces like honeycomb or particle board, the Setup-Finder checks whether a reinforcement plate is required.

Can I mount two monitors stacked or three in a pyramid?

Yes, with the extended pole. You can configure these setups in the configurator: 2 monitors stacked, 3 monitors in a pyramid, 4 monitors in a diamond.

The monitor sinks down – what should I do?

The spring tension is too weak for the weight. There is an adjustment screw on the spring arm: use the included Allen key to turn it toward the + sign until the monitor stays in place at any height.

The monitor moves upward on its own – what should I do?

The spring is set too tight: turn the screw toward the − sign. If the monitor weighs less than 2 kg, the spring cannot support it – in that case, a standard arm is the better choice.

The monitor tilts forward – what should I do?

The tilt joint on the head is too loose. Tighten the screw on the joint until the monitor maintains its tilt.

The monitors are not at the same height – what should I do?

For spring arms, simply push both monitors to the same height. If using a pole, also ensure the hubs are tightened at the same height.
