The hole pattern is too small
Your monitor is 50 × 50 or 75 × 75 mm, but your mount requires 100 × 100 mm. The universal spacer extends it to 100 × 100 mm while also creating some distance from the back wall.
The threads are too deep
The threads are recessed in a hollow or the back is curved: the mount hits the housing before the screws can catch. Spacers create the necessary clearance – the set includes three lengths, so you simply use the one that fits.
The mount is larger than 100 × 100
Heavy-duty mounts and wall brackets are often 200 × 200 mm or larger. For up to 200 × 200 mm, use the adapter plate; for up to 400 × 400 mm, use the extension kit.
The monitors are at different heights
Your mount cannot adjust each arm individually in height, and two different monitors therefore do not align at the edge? The height-adjustable adapter shifts one monitor from the center by up to 7.5 cm up or down until the edges are flush.
