Why should you test a monitor mount at your own workplace?
Technical suitability and personal user experience are two different things.
Without the monitor stand, the area previously occupied by the base becomes free.
Height, distance and seating position only come together at your own desk.
Pull forward, push back, realign – as often as you like.
Technical suitability and personal user experience are two different things.
Whether a monitor and mount are technically compatible can be checked based on the mounting system, VESA, weight, and other product specifications. How the solution feels at your workspace also depends on your seating position, your desk, and your daily routines. Therefore, use at your own workspace is a different matter than purely technical compatibility.
Do not judge the position solely immediately after assembly. The decisive factor is whether the height, distance, and viewing angle remain comfortable during your normal work as well. Typical situations such as long periods of writing, video calls, or switching between multiple applications are particularly informative.
Readjust the mount several times and work with it for a few hours each time. Deliberately change the height and distance, pull the monitor forward and push it back, and check whether the setting is still right after a full working day.
Compatibility is a matter of data: VESA pattern, weight, design, desk thickness. It can be definitively clarified before purchase. The ergonomically correct position, however, depends on your height, your chair, your desk, and your working style — and that only becomes apparent during use.
A single afternoon is rarely enough. It becomes meaningful when several workdays with different tasks are included—concentrated writing, meetings, switching between applications. That is exactly what the 60 days are intended for.
We develop, test, and assemble our solutions ourselves.
Our team works with monitors, mounts, and the details that determine whether a setup is truly a perfect fit every single day. And if you have a question, you will get your answer from people who have developed, tested, or assembled our products themselves.
We will help you find the right solution. After that, you have 60 days to test it at your workplace.
60 days from the day you receive them. During this time, you may assemble, adjust, and use them as normal.
Just as you would use it after the 60 days: mount it, attach your monitor, adjust the height, distance, and angle — and work with it.
You are welcome to readjust it multiple times, move it, and set it up in a different location. Any signs of wear resulting from this are not a problem. That is exactly why it is called a '60-day trial in daily use': you judge a mount by using it, not by looking at it in the box.
No. You can return the mount in any box, as long as it is packed securely for transport — with all parts included and secured so that nothing can shift.
If you still have the original packaging, we would appreciate it: that is the safest way for it to reach us.
We charge €9 for return shipping. We will provide your return label along with all other necessary documents and information in our returns portal for your convenience.
Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the original order amount minus the return shipping costs. If you have selected an exchange in the returns portal, we will refund the difference.
Regardless of this, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected and applies independently of the terms of our '60-day trial period' promise.
