What customers say about 3IDEE: verified reviews from the shop, feedback from Amazon, and honest answers to the questions we receive most often. As of October 2026.
Not every review has five stars, and that is okay. These are the three points we hear most often. Here is what is really behind them.
“The adapter does not fit my monitor.”
Monitors with the same name often have different backs, screw points, or housings. That is why we assign each model individually; we now have over 8,000. Where you see 3IDEE VERIFIED, we have personally tested your exact combination of monitor, adapter, and mount.

“Quite expensive for such a small item.”
A 3IDEE VESA adapter is not a mass-produced universal plate, but rather designed for a single specific model: tailored to its screw points, back panel, and weight. Most models are only required in small quantities, so production at a cost of just a few cents is not possible. We therefore operate like a boutique manufacturer for VESA adapters, working in small series, model by model. In return, the adapter fits perfectly right away, without the need for spacers, trial and error, or modifications.

“The monitor arm is sagging.”
It usually comes down to the math: it's not just the weight that counts, but also the leverage. An additional adapter extends the leverage, a curved monitor shifts the center of gravity forward, and a VESA mount located far down or up tilts the load. This is why a 6 kg monitor on an arm can quickly feel like 9 to 10 kg. That is why at 3IDEE VERIFIED we check weight, design, and adapters together.
6 → 9–10 kg
This is how a monitor with an adapter and lever can look on the arm
The adapter is legit. I have a 27" hp office monitor. When my mom told me she wanted to mount it on the wall I surprised to see the mounting. I am so glad to have started a conversation with Helena. The fit of my vesa adapter was perfect
Excellent customer service. Promos response and solution oriented. Great product and quality backed by professional customer service. Sam.
Bestellter Adapter passt optimal und ist stabil. Kundenservice antwortet schnell und persönlich.
Netter Kontakt und sehr Hilfreich. 3idee konnte mir super weiterhelfen. Verkäufer hat schnell geantwortet und profensionell reagiert. Danke und Gruß
Vesa-Adapter provided me with the perfect solution to mount my non-Vesa-compatible Samsung monitor to my wall - with an adapter for only about 7 Euro. What impressed me most was the level of customer care: I couldn't immediately find a product that fits my monitor model, but the team at vesa-adapter helped me out swiftly with a few emails back and forth, which included them taking a look at a photo I provided. I really don't think this level of care can be taken for granted, given that it was for a product that will only bring them a few Euros! Appreciated it a lot.
I was a little worried about ordering overseas - however I received confirmation of my order very promptly, along with an invoice and also DHL tracking details as well.
There was a slight delay on the DHL side, and the company were very prompt in replying to email I sent wondering if there was anything which could be done, and they ensured that the adapter arrived.
The adapter worked perfectly and was well packaged.
I needed to know if their VESA adapter would work with a specific HP monitor and they were able to respond very quickly. Customer support is very good
I needed a monitor VESA mount for my big R3203R monitor and these guys delivered. It simple to setup and it was really easy to mount on my monitor arm.
Seit Monaten versuche ich den passenden VESA-Adapter zu finden. Alles war bislang erfolglos. Helena hat sich Zeit und Mühe genommen, mir weiterzuhelfen. Tolle und sehr schnelle und freundliche Beratung. Richtig TOP :-) Vielen Dank Sabrina
Hi
Same story as another customer , Was looking for an adaptator that I could put on a Huawei monitor bought by mistake as did not noticed that it did not have a standard vesa support.
Anyway , Vesa has saved me a lot of money by selling 3d printed support adaptator for my screen.
Then having issue with amazon payment as well as directly on their website , I ve contacted them by email. Customer service is up to the expectation. Quick response and reactivity for a start up .
Service après vente a l'écoute et efficace. Je vous souhaite une belle réussite en tant que jeune société.
Unkomplizierte Hilfe. Schnelle Antworten bei Anfragen. Großzügige Rücknahme-Angebote.
Schnelle Lieferung. Einfache Montage. Immer wieder gerne.
I bought a Xiaomi 1C 23'8 monitor, and by mistake I realized that it did not have vesa support, so I searched without finding anything from Mexico.
It took me a while but I finally found 3idee, and I saw that they had a 3d design that solved this problem and that I could adapt my monitor to an arm. I asked questions and they answered me kindly by mail, they sent me from Luxembourg to Mexico in 7 days. It is one of the best purchases I have made online, congratulations.
This store is a gem. I needed vesa adapters for 2 of my HP monitors but HP didn't sell them anymore and they were hard to find on the internet. Then I stumbled upon 3idee, where they just had exactely what I was looking for. Actually, one of the two adapters (for my Envy 27s) wasn't on their website yet, but after a chat with their great customer support, they told me they also had the second adapter in store. Only a few days later, I received both adapters at my home. Initially, when looking for VESA adapters on the internet, I doubded whether the 3D-printed adapters would be strong enough. But now I have them in my hands, I have absolutely no doubt: they look sturdy like hell! And, they come with all necessary (metal) hardware. Great job!
Sehr guter Kundenservice 👍
Brilliant customer service. I needed a product and it was not available in the UK. The customer care executive, provided me with the link and informed me when it will be available in the UK. Finally placed the order.
Great overall experience. Was not being able to select a product in the website, sent an e-mail and it was solved within minutes.
Kindly enough, they even applied the coupon over the shipment cost. Since the discount ended a day before my purchase (and I was trying since then to buy the product), they offered the shipment.
Great people, special kudos to Yannick. Five star costumer support!
Ordered VESA adapters via Amazon to mount two HP M24F on a desk stand. They arrived quickly, but didn't fit. 3idee reacted immidiately: it turned out to be a unexpected difference between M24F and M27F mount. They shipped within a few days the modified adapter. This one had a perfect fit, but is was (Murphy) only one. Again a prompt reaction and excuses. Without the mentioned flaws no doubt 5 stars. Perfect 3D printed adaptors!
We develop, test, and assemble our solutions ourselves.
Behind 3IDEE are Helena, Julius, and Yannick, a family business from Luxembourg. It all started in 2020 with VESA adapters: mounting plates that fit a specific monitor model exactly, rather than one plate for all. Today, we are experts in monitor mounting and cover everything related to monitor mounts, from VESA adapters and accessories to the 3IDEE® ONE monitor mounting system.
Our team works with monitors, mounts, and the details that make the difference in whether a setup truly fits every single day. And if you have a question, you will get your answer from people who have developed, tested, or assembled our products themselves.
3IDEE is an expert in monitor mounting: everything needed to attach a monitor securely and appropriately to the workplace. This includes monitor mounts, the 3IDEE® ONE modular system for one to four monitors, VESA adapters for monitors without a VESA connection, and the corresponding accessories. It all started with VESA adapters.
3IDEE is 3IDEE S.à r.l. from Luxembourg, founded by Helena, Julius, and Yannick. Since 2020, we have been experts in monitor mounting: VESA adapters for monitors without a VESA connection, each built for specific models, monitor mounts, accessories, and the 3IDEE® ONE monitor mounting system.
The 3IDEE Flexi Lite and Flexi Pro monitor arms, as well as the modular 3IDEE® ONE system for one to four monitors. All can be found under monitor mounts.
A 3IDEE VESA adapter is a mounting plate that attaches a monitor without a VESA connection to a monitor arm or wall mount. It is screwed onto the stand's mounting points and features the VESA hole pattern on the back. They are available for monitors and all-in-one PCs from HP, Samsung, Dell, Acer, Lenovo, LG, Philips, AOC, and other manufacturers, each built for specific models. You can find out which one fits your monitor using the Setup-Finder; all models are listed under 3IDEE VESA Adapters.
3IDEE VESA adapters provide the monitor with a standard hole pattern, depending on the model 75 × 75 mm or 100 × 100 mm. This allows it to fit standard monitor mounts and wall brackets. The exact dimension is listed on each product page.
Since 2020, we have been developing, testing, and assembling our monitor mounts and VESA adapters ourselves. We only consider a combination of monitor and mount to be compatible once we have tested it. The reviews on this page show what this looks like in everyday use – they come from customers with verified orders, criticism included. The 25-year 3IDEE® ONE system warranty applies to 3IDEE® ONE. 3IDEE is backed by 3IDEE S.à r.l., based in Luxembourg; all details are in the legal notice.
In the 3IDEE shop on 3idee.eu, on Amazon, at MediaMarkt and Saturn, as well as on vesa-adapter.com. The full range with all models and the 3IDEE® ONE system is available in the 3IDEE shop.
Yes. They are the same products, sold by 3IDEE. Only the selection differs: all models are available in the 3IDEE shop, while the marketplaces offer a selection.
