Does the arm fit my existing mount?
It fits every 3IDEE® ONE mount: directly on the base or via a hub on the pole.
It does not fit mounts from other brands; the connections are made for 3IDEE® ONE.
Can I extend the arm?
Yes, with the straight arm: it adds 230 mm of reach.
Up to two straight arms can sit in a row; the load capacity stays the same.
The monitor drops or rises by itself – what can I do?
Adjust the spring to the weight of your monitor with the supplied hex key.
If it still doesn't hold at every height, the monitor is outside its range: 2–12 kg for flat and 2–11 kg for curved monitors.
