Left or right hub: which one do I need?

The side decides where the arm points: on this hub it points to the left.

For two monitors side by side on one pole, take one left and one right hub.

Does the hub fit other poles?

Only the 3IDEE® ONE pole with a diameter of 52 mm. It is not made for poles from other brands.

Can I change the height later?

Yes. Loosen the hub, slide it along the pole and tighten it again at the new height.
