Left and right hubs are technically identical – you can also use the one you already have.

On the other hub the adjustment lever sits at the front instead of the back. It looks slightly different but holds just the same, so we recommend it for looks only.

Questions about this setup

Do I have to drill into my desk?

No. The base holds with a clamp on the desk edge or sits in an existing cable grommet. Your tabletop needs to be 10–50 mm thick.

On glass, always put a desk reinforcement plate under the clamp.

Does the setup come pre-assembled?

No, it comes as individual parts that you put together yourself. The printed assembly instructions are in the box; you can also find them online in the help centre.

How do I adjust the height?

Set the base height on the pole: loosen the hub, slide it, tighten it again.

After that, you move each monitor on a spring arm with one hand, up to 205 mm up and 35 mm down, without loosening anything.

The monitor drops or rises by itself – what can I do?

Adjust the spring to the weight of your monitor with the supplied hex key.

If it still doesn't hold at every height, the monitor is outside its range: 2–11 kg for flat and 2–10 kg for curved monitors.

The monitors aren't at the same height – what can I do?

Set the hubs on the pole to the same height. Fine-tune small differences with the springs afterwards, with one hand and without loosening anything.

How do I line the monitors up edge to edge?

With the sliders on the VESA heads: they let you move the monitors sideways until the screen edges meet.
